it was a very old house of ill repute and developers have been trying to redevelop it for years

but have been routinely stymied by the city council who had stamped it with "heritage" status.

the current building owner's redevelopment plan was again blocked by city council a few days ago

so here we are, witnessing a satisfying spectacle - the destruction of a longstanding eye sore and a beautiful display of vigilante justice

i say good riddance

let us have all the lifeless condos we desire!
